The project follows the desire to create a space open to citizenship, not a student residence in the traditional sense, but an incubator of social relations, where the citizen and the student can enjoy a contemporary and inclusive space in one of the most evocative places of the city of Lecce. In this way an innovative hybrid model for shared living is sought, characterized by a mix of services and situations, promoting new philosophies of settlement, co-living, co-housing and co-working. The innovativeness of the typology allows an economic sustainability of the intervention, opening to an integration of the public offer with private initiatives, both receptive and recreational.
